The 32nd Annual Clark County Parade of Homes will be held in Camellia in Battle Ground on August 14 – 30.
Camellia is a beautiful gated development of acre to two acre wooded lots surrounded by wetlands is located at intersection of 503 and NW 179th St
The Building Industry Association on Clark County (BIA) will not be adding inventory to the housing market as this year the Parade will feature gorgeous pre-sold homes.
Award winning builder Tamarack Homes will be returning and building a beautiful 6,000 square foot home for a client he met at the Parade last year. Other builders include Craftbuilt Fine Homes and Achen Development.

It is not too late to build in the Parade. The City of Battle Ground is willing to work with builders to expedite building permits and experience award winning builders are available to build.
