A Battle Ground Parks & Recreation traveling summer playground program will be making its way to six local neighborhood parks this summer! The free 10-week drop-in program is designed for children ages 4 to 10 and will bring a variety of arts & crafts and sports & games directly to local neighborhoods. Weekly themes include Forest Pals; Celebrate America; Pirates; The Great Outdoors; Science Craze; Dinosaurs; Wet & Wild; Clowning Around; Fish Tales and Harry Potter! Parents are encouraged to attend and participate with their children.
The program runs each Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from June 23rd through August 27th at the following locations:

This is the first summer program organized by the City’s new Parks & Recreation Department. A $4,000 grant from the Clark County Parks Foundation will help fund the program.
