NAI NBS Brokers Help YMCA Lease 8,857 Square Feet at Orchards Center

Vancouver, Washington (August 21, 2008) – NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson brokers represented both parties in a lease that will allow the YMCA of the Columbia-Willamette to open a new Child Development Center at the Orchards Center in Vancouver later this year. The YMCA leased 8,857 square feet at 10411 NE Fourth Plain Boulevard from Orchards Center LLC. Associate Vice President Pam Lindloff and Real Estate Salesperson Gina Barendrick represented the lessor, while Real Estate Broker Charlie Floberg represented the YMCA.
