On October 14, 2008, the Vancouver Police Department will be holding a Community Forum to discuss crime trends and community policing initiatives that effect citizens within the West Precinct District 1 boundaries. Residents, business owners, apartment managers or anyone that works in District 1 is encouraged to attend.
